• Information you provide. Your name, email, phone number, and any message when you use a contact form, the Neighborhood Finder quiz, or request help — including your quiz answers and saved preferences.
• Google Sign-In. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account to create and manage your account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Automatically collected. Basic usage and device information (such as pages viewed and general location) and data stored in your browser (cookies / local storage) that keep you signed in and remember preferences.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and help with your home search.
• To create your account, save your favorites and quiz results, and show your dashboard.
• To send you information you request (such as a match report or help you asked for).
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Site and store data, including Google Firebase (authentication and database), Google Analytics (usage measurement), and mapping and content providers (OpenStreetMap/CARTO, Google Fonts, and image hosts). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Google Sign-In is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, and our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google's Limited Use requirements.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to assist you and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• Sign out / disconnect. You can sign out anytime, and revoke this Site's access from your Google account permissions.
• Marketing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
